The location was great for exploring the surrounding area and there were plenty of restaurants to choose from. Plus, there was free parking nearby which was convenient.
The rooms were quite basic and lacked storage space, plus there was no bin. The road outside the hotel was noisy, especially during commute times, which made it a bit difficult to get a good night's sleep.

Comfortable room with famous architecture view. Nice cafe/restaurant. Pleasant spot to relax. Abbey ruins visible from bedroom window. Communal lounge with kitchen. Opportunities for interaction with other travelers. Short bike ride to Seine with ferry. Biking route is flat.
Didn't dislike anything about the property.

The hotel is conveniently located by the river and near tourist spots, with a great view of the ruins of the basilisk. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant and wine shop added a touch of magic to the place.
The lack of English-speaking staff was a minor inconvenience that could have been easily solved with translation apps.

The double room at La Bonne Famille was cozy and comfortable, with a separate seating area where I could relax on the comfy sofa. It had a private entrance, giving me a sense of exclusivity. it made me feel right at home.
The only thing I liked less was that the room didn't have a private bathroom. But hey, that's just my personal preference, and others might not mind it at all.
